NOTICE OF PUBLIC INFORMATIONAL HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public informational hearing will be held by the Town Board of the Town of Wallkill on March 12, 2015, at 7:25 p.m. at Wallkill Town Hall with respect to the feasibility and desirability of installing red light cameras in strategic locations on Route 211 within the Town.
There is no proposed Local Law being considered for adoption by the Town Board at this time. The public meeting is for informational purposes only. The Town Board will be determining whether or not to petition the New York State Legislature for a home rule request to permit the operation of red light cameras within the Town of Wallkill
Any resident of the Town of Wallkill is entitled to attend said informational hearing, which will take place at
