The
Assessor's Office is the department of Town Government that
is responsible for determining the assessed value of all
real property within our Town. This is the office to call
with any questions pertaining to exemptions on real property
taxes. Examples of exemptions are veteran, senior citizen,
star, farm, business, and disability.
Tax
maps for all properties within our Town as well as property
descriptions; sellers and buyers, etc. may be obtained from
this office. The Assessor's Office keeps a record of all
real property owners and their addresses in our Town. If
you move, be sure to notify this office of your current
address.
