Land
use is regulated in the Town of Wallkill according to the Zoning
Law which was enacted December 1975. The Planning Board consists
of seven members and holds regular meeting on the first and third
Wednesdays at 7:30 P.M. The Zoning Board of Appeals consists of
seven members and meets the second Monday of the month at
7:30 P.M.
