ARTICLE II Vehicle Access to Circleville Park

§ 174-8. Legislative intent.

The intention of this article is to protect the safety and welfare of Town residents by restricting vehicle access within Circleville Park.

§ 174-9. Parking restrictions.

The only parking, without a permit, at Circleville Park is in the parking lot outside the gates to the recreation area, except for vehicles making business or commercial deliveries:

A. On weekdays before 8:00 a.m. and after 5:00 p.m.; or
B.
On weekends before 10:00 a.m. and after 5:00 p.m.

§ 174-10. Issuance of parking permits; period of validity.
The town will issue two parking permits for vehicle access within Circleville Park at the Town Clerk's office. Permits will only be issued to those who hold permits to use the facilities at the Circleville Park. It is within the discretion of the Town Clerk to determine the length of time the parking permit is valid.

§ 174-11. Penalties for offenses.
The penalty for violation of this article is $50.
