and microfiche of magazines and area newspapers going back to the 19 th century. |

| The Ramapo Catskill Library System is service center for
its member libraries and reading centers. |

provided to senior citizens and handicapped persons are: |

By Mail, an Outreach Service of the Library System, providing books through
the mail to persons unable to use a library. |
| Radio
Vision, another Outreach Service, a closed-circuit radio station for
the blind and physically handicapped. |
| Orange

| The Library at OCCC, while primarily catering
to the needs of a two year community college, is open to the public when reference
work is done within the confines of the library. Orange County residents
who are not students may borrow books by paying an annual fee of five dollars. |
